User shall be understood as the person who accesses and uses the E+ platform (ESPORTPLUS.TV). The user, by the simple fact of having this condition, accepts these terms of use. 

The user assumes responsibility for the use that can be made of this platform. This responsibility extends to the registration required to access certain services or content. 

The user will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information in the registration process.

The user agrees to make responsible use of the content and services offered through the website and, by way of example but not limited to, not to use it to: 

• Cause damage to physical and logical systems to E+, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical system that are likely to cause damage previously mentioned. 
• Attempt to access and, if applicable, use e-mail accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages. It is forbidden the publication in our spaces of contents that attempt against the principles listed below, reserving the owner of the domain the exercise of all actions that proceed a right against those responsible for their publication: the safeguarding of public order, criminal investigation, public safety of national defense, protection of public health or their physical person who have a condition of consumers or users, respect for the dignity of the person and the principle of non-discrimination on grounds of race, sex, opinion, nationality, disability or any other personal or social circumstance, the protection of youth and childhood, respect for the autonomy of the will of the affected, respect for intellectual property of that published, and in general, respect for the law in force. 
• ESPORTPLUS S.L. reserves the right to remove all those comments and contributions that violate the respect for the dignity of the person, which are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten the youth or childhood, order or public safety or that, in his opinion, are not suitable for publication.
• In any case, the owner of the domain shall not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats or other participation tools that may be incorporated into this platform. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The design of the portal and its source codes, as well as the logos, brands and other distinctive signs that appear in it, belong to ESPORTPLUS S.L. and are protected by the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights. Any reproduction, distribution and total or partial public communication of its content is expressly prohibited without the express authorization of E+. 

Information contained in any of these pages. If the user’s use of the materials or information on this site or any other linked site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, the user shall be responsible for all costs incurred in connection therewith.

USER CONSENT

Right of information as provided in Article 5 of Law 15/1999 of December 13, protection of personal data (lopd) we inform you that the information you provide in the forms you find on the web, those you send to our mailing address and those generated from browsing it, will be incorporated, as you give them to us, to a file owned by E+ in order to meet your request, to comply with legal obligations arising from this relationship, and to keep you informed of our activities by mail or email. 

The recipients of the information are the departments in which E+ is organized, some collaborating companies that provide their services in it and the competent official bodies of the matter. We will only transfer your data when required by law, or to comply with current contracts.

SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION POLICY 

Your subscription to esportplus.tv will be either annual or monthly, and you also have the option of PPV (pay-per-view) to watch just one match. To use the service, you must have internet access and a compatible device, and provide us with the payment method indicated. 

The payment method must be an accepted, valid and current payment method, which you can update as needed and which may include payment through your third party account. If you cancel your subscription prior to your billing date, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee in the next billing cycle to your payment method (see cancellation below). 

From time to time, we may offer you different subscription plans. Some subscription plans may have different terms and limitations, which will be disclosed at the time of your subscription or in other communications available to you. INVOICING AND CANCELLATION

Billing cycle 

The subscription fee for the esportplus.tv service will be charged to your payment method on the payment date indicated. The length of your billing cycle will be annual. However, in some cases, the billing date may change, if you have changed your subscription plan or your paid subscription started on a non-existent day in a given month. PAYMENT METHODS

CANCELATION CONDITIONS

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period. You have to take into account these conditions:

• To cancel your subscription you must send an email requesting it to: [email protected], 15 days before the expiration date of the subscription.
• Once the email is sent, if it meets the requirements, they will be automatically unsubscribed.
• Otherwise, users who request the return of automatically renewed payments will have a cancellation cost depending on the type of subscription.

Refund of PPV

The refund of the PPV will only be processed under the following circumstances:

• If the previously paid match has been canceled in the E+ broadcast due to technical factors such as lack of internet connection or power outage.
• If the previously paid match has been canceled in the E+ broadcast due to external weather conditions.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICE CHANGES

Price and Subscription Plan Changes. 

We may change our subscription plans and pricing from time to time. However, any changes to pricing and subscription plans will not be effective until 30 days after we notify you.
