Rules of the draw

• Prize: The winner of the draw will receive a Wonderbox FC Barcelona – 2 tickets. It’s a voucher redeemable for 2 tickets for the same match, which can generally be located in the stands Lateral 3a (lower or upper), Gol 1a, 2a, 3a, Corner 3a lower or in the grandstand 3a Central. This voucher allows you to book the match of your choice by logging into ticknbox.com and printing your tickets directly.
• Prize Validity: This Product is Tick’nBox branded, valid for 24 months from the date of purchase (04/19/2024). Loss and Theft Guarantee does not apply to Tick’nBox branded Products. Please visit www.ticknbox.com for general terms and conditions of use.
• Entry Deadline: The deadline to participate in the raffle is 07/04/24. Any participations received after this date will not be considered valid.
• Announcement of the winner: The winner of the raffle will be announced on 09/04/24. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in his/her entry. If no response is received from the winner within 24 hours of contact, the raffle will be redrawn and a new winner, hereinafter referred to as the Next Winner, will be established. And so on and so forth.
• Contacting the winner: The winner will be contacted via the email address with which he/she registered on the E+ platform (www.esportplus.tv). It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the registered email address is correct and up to date. In the event that the email address provided is invalid or the winner cannot be contacted within the established deadline, the Next winner will be contacted.
• Prize Waiver: The selected winner will have the option to forfeit the prize. The waiver must be communicated in writing to E+ no later than 7 days from the communication of the prize. In case of forfeiture, the prize will be passed on to the next winner, and so on.
• Selection of the Next Winner: In the event that the first winner cannot be contacted within the established period or if the first winner renounces the prize, the raffle will be repeated. And so on consecutively. The Next winner will have the same rights and responsibilities as the first winner.
• Conditions of participation: For each match purchased, you obtain one participation in the riffle. Only valid for matches of the Mare Nostrum Cup Tournament – EASTER 2024.
• Restrictions: The raffle is subject to local laws and regulations. Employees and contractors of E+ and associated entities are not eligible to participate in the raffle.
• Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: Participation in the raffle implies full acceptance of these rules.
• Modification or cancellation of the raffle: E+ reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle for reasons of force majeure.
• Liability: E+ is not liable for any damages related to the participation in the raffle or the use of the prize awarded.
• Privacy: The personal data provided by participants will be used only for purposes related to the raffle and commercial actions of E+. It will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
• Jurisdiction: Any dispute related to the raffle will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the place of residence of the organizer, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
